The service

UKIPTVGo supplies IPTV subscription access — login credentials and playlists — together with setup guides and support. Plans are described, priced and sold in GBP on the pricing page.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan.

Your account

Credentials are personal to you and limited to the number of simultaneous devices your plan covers. Sharing, reselling or publishing your login may result in suspension.

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, re-broadcast its streams, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

IPTV technology is legal in the UK; responsibility for how content is licensed rests with rights holders and the parties distributing that content. Nothing in these terms constitutes legal advice.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Plans are paid up front for their full duration. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

Where renewal applies, it takes place at the then-current published price, and you will be reminded before a plan expires. See the Refund Policy for how we handle problems after purchase.

Availability and quality

We work to keep the service reliable, but channel, event and on-demand availability can vary by content source, and playback quality depends on your device and internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular channel or event.

Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one, and material changes will be flagged on the site.
